Enhancio Privacy Policy

Enhancio is operated by Derkachova Tetiana, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, using the developer name Gererapps (“we” or “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you use the Enhancio mobile application (“app”) or contact us. References to “you” mean users of the app and other people whose personal information we process.

Information we process

Account information. You can register or sign in using email and password. Firebase Authentication processes the information needed to authenticate you, including your email address, authentication identifiers, and credentials or sign-in tokens appropriate to your chosen method. We do not ask you to provide a separate name or profile picture for Enhancio.

Photos and generated images. We process photos you choose to upload or capture, the result type you select, and images generated from your photos. The app does not offer a free-text prompt field. Photos may contain personal information about you or other people. Upload only images you are entitled to use and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Account activity. We store account-linked generation counts and information needed to provide your generation history and manage access to image generation.

Deletion and support requests. We process your email address and information you provide when requesting account deletion or contacting support, including information needed to verify your request.

Technical information. Our hosting, authentication, and AI service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services, such as IP addresses, request information, and authentication or service logs. Enhancio currently has no separate advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or push-notification SDKs enabled.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, generate the selected image results, provide temporary image storage and generation history, manage generation counts, respond to support requests, verify and complete deletion requests, and maintain the service's security and operation.

Purchases are not currently available in Enhancio. We will update this policy if we introduce purchases or materially change our data practices.

Camera and photo access

Enhancio uses camera and photo access to let you capture or select content for image generation. Selected images are uploaded for processing. You can manage permissions through your device settings. Refusing the relevant access may prevent you from capturing or selecting photos through that feature.

Service providers and image processing

We use the following services:

• Google Firebase Authentication: account registration, sign-in, and authentication. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy .
• Cloudflare: hosting and storage of app data and uploaded original photos. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ .
• Third-party Al service providers: AI image generation. We provide your uploaded image or its URL and the processing instructions needed to produce your selected result. We use it for generation, not model training or fine-tuning. Models may change as the service develops.

We use your uploaded photos to generate your selected results through Third-party Al service providers such as Black Forest Labs, Google, OpenAl, xAi. The models currently used by Enhancio do not use these photos for training. Before introducing a model or processing practice that uses uploaded photos for training, we will update our disclosures and obtain any consent required by applicable law

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to respond to a lawful request or protect legal rights.

Image links and sharing

Uploaded original photos stored on Cloudflare are accessible to anyone who has their image URL for up to 24 hours after upload. Generated-image URLs may also be accessible to anyone with the link while the AI service makes them available. These URLs do not require an Enhancio account to view the image. Treat image links as sensitive and share them only with people you trust.

The share button opens your device's sharing chooser so you can send generated content through another app or social media service. Sharing is initiated by you. The destination service handles that content under its own policies. Deleting an image from our storage does not delete copies saved on another device or posted to another service.

Retention

• Uploaded photos: retained in our Cloudflare storage for up to 24 hours after upload for current or subsequent generations, then deleted.
• AI generation input/output data: retained on the generation service’s servers for up to one hour, then removed under the applicable service configuration. Uploaded original photos stored separately on Cloudflare remain subject to the 24-hour period above.
• Generated images on your device: stored locally by the app for 24 hours as temporary generation history, then removed from that temporary local history. We do not store these generated-image copies on Cloudflare.
• Account information and generation counts: maintained while your account is active and deleted within 24 hours after you verify and confirm an account-deletion request.
• Support correspondence: retained for 90 days after the issue is resolved.
• Minimal deletion-completion records: retained for 90 days after completion to document handling of the request.
• Cloudflare account audit logs: Cloudflare retains account administration audit events for up to 18 months. These record actions affecting our Cloudflare account and are distinct from an Enhancio user-activity log.
• Database recovery history: D1 Time Travel retains up to 7 days of recovery history, so deleted database information may remain in recovery copies for up to 7 days after deletion from the live database. Live account records follow the account-deletion period above; they do not automatically expire after 7 days.
• Separately saved or shared copies: images you save outside the app’s temporary history, such as to your photo library, remain until you delete them. The 24-hour local-history expiry does not delete those copies. We cannot remove copies held by recipients or other services.

Account and data deletion

Request deletion at https://gererapps.uk/delete-user-data . Enter the email associated with your account, then click the verification link sent to that email and confirm deletion. You do not need to reinstall the app to use this webpage. Never send us your password.

After verification and confirmation, we delete your Firebase Authentication account, associated live account records, and generation count within 24 hours. D1 recovery copies may retain deleted database information for up to 7 additional days. Your generation count will not be restored if you register again using the same email address.

Original photos on Cloudflare follow their existing 24-hour expiry period measured from upload. Their links can remain accessible until that period ends. AI generation input/output data follows its one-hour server retention period. Generated images in the app’s temporary local history expire after 24 hours; deletion of the server account does not remotely erase device copies. Separately saved or shared copies are outside this deletion process.

Security

Data transfers in the app's upload and generation flow use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Encryption in transit does not make a publicly accessible image URL private.

International processing and privacy rights

Gererapps is based in Ukraine. Our providers may process information in other countries, including countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable, international transfers must use the safeguards required by data-protection law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact gererapps@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity first.

For users in the European Economic Area, providing requested account and generation services generally relies on performance of the service contract; security and operational processing may rely on legitimate interests; and consent is used where legally required. A device permission alone does not constitute consent to unrelated uses of your photos.

Younger users

Enhancio is not intended for people under 16. Users aged 16 or 17 may use Enhancio only with permission from their parent or legal guardian and where permitted by applicable law and our service providers’ terms.

If you believe a user under 16, or a user aged 16 or 17 without the required parental permission, has provided personal data through Enhancio, contact gererapps@gmail.com (mailto:gererapps@gmail.com). We will take reasonable steps to delete their personal data and close the associated account.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our features or data practices change. The updated version will be published with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
